Full of Life is a weekly creative dance class where participants can explore ideas in a fun, safe, friendly, creative space. Mostly, but not exclusively for older adults, everyone is encouraged to participate as they feel comfortable.

You'll find us at: South Oxhey Baptist Church, 140 Gosforth Lane, South Oxhey, Watford WD19 7BX

Mondays in term time, 1.30 - 2.30pm

We are currently working again with BEEE Creative on Dance Re:ignite 4, creating a dance and workshop on the theme of Transformations to share with local community groups.
